Are you lacking self confidence?

Here’s a tip  that only takes 3 simple steps to complete.

1. Grab a piece of paper or open your notes app 
2. Set a timer for 10 min 
3. Describe in as much detail as possible your confident self.

-What habits do you have?
-What do you eat?
-What does your day look like? 
-What kind of things do you do to look after your physical health? 
-What kind of things do you do to look after your mental health?

No detail is too small, just keep writing for the whole 10 min then when you’re done writing, I want you to start with the things that are easy to implement and keep incorporating things on your list each day until you have become the confident person you just described.
